2. Order: Terms and conditions of Lilababy apply to al items listed on this site. Please read these terms and conditions carrefully before ordering. By ordering you agree with these terms.
3. Prices: Prices are stated in Euro and include taxes. Shippingcost will be added on the invoice, also see our section shippingcosts in the menu. Lilababy reserves the right to change prices at all times.
4. Payment: After ordering you will receive an order confirmation within 2 workingdays. It will contain information about wheter or not the item is in stock and how long it will take to ship the item to you. This order confirmation will also contain an invoice. Payment can be made to the banc account stated in the invoice. Only after receiving full payment we will ship your order.
5. Property: Goods remain the property of Lilababy until paid for in full.
6. Delivery: After receiving payment your order will be shipped within 3 workdays if its in stock. If the products are not in stock we will let you know when we can ship the items. Lilababy can not be held responsible due to delay at the post office.
7. Garanty: Lilababy takes great care in shipping the products. If in any case something is wrong with your order please contact us as soon as possible.
8. There will be no guarantee if the product is not used correctly or when you have made changes to it.
9. Products may be send back within 7 days of receiving the package. But only when they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with instruction booklet we will refund the items.
10. Liability: If the item purchased happened to have a flaw than we can only be held responsible for the amount taht is equal to the purchase.
11. Customers service: Please contact us if anything is wrong or if you have a complaint. We will do our best to work something out.
12. Privacy: Lilababy will only use your personal information to process your order.
